WOLVES LADIES SOCCER CAMP

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Make-Up Sessions
We strive to complete the specified number of hours for each camp. If a session is missed due to inclement weather or circumstances beyond the control of Houston Wolves S.C., we will provide make-up sessions where feasible within the selected date range. Please note that these make-up sessions may occur at different times than those advertised in the Camp schedule. However, no refunds or other forms of compensation will be provided in such cases.
Refunds
If you cancel your registration 10 days before the camp begins, a full refund will be issued, minus a $25 cancellation fee per program per participant. If cancellation occurs five days before the holiday camp, a 50% refund will be granted. The processing fee incurred at the time of registration is nonrefundable. Once the camp has commenced, no refunds will be given. Cancellation notices must be sent to camps@houstonwolvessoccerclub.com or the designated event contact.
Discount Codes
It's important to use discount codes correctly. If a discount code is mistakenly or fraudulently applied during registration, any applied discount will be revoked. The player will be allowed to participate once the full tuition is paid. Please note that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances for incorrect or fraudulent use of a discount code.
Camp Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a camp if participation numbers are insufficient. Participants may choose an alternative camp date within the same calendar year or request a full refund of the camp registration fee. Camp cancellation will be announced 3-5 days before the scheduled start date.
